Grants Program

The Sigma Lambda Beta Education Foundation started its Grants Program to support SLB entities with funds to offset the cost of educational, cultural, and leadership programs. Grant funding is derived directly from contributions made to the General Education Funds.

The amount of funding provided to date:

> $150,000

Applying for a grant is as easy as 1-2-3:

1. Make sure your entity is in good standing.

Your entity must be in good standing with both the executive office of SLB as well as your institution to be eligible to apply.

2. Write a budget for your event.

Grant awards average $400-$600 per event and are capped at 50% of total budget. Applicants must demonstrate efforts to secure funding beyond this grant program.

3. Fill out the form and ask for funds!

Completed applications must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event. If you have questions, send them to givcom@slbef.org.
